The main reason would be your location, or a busy travel schedule. However, even if you’re in the Boulder area, it might make sense to have guidance and a plan for when you’re spending more time in the mountains than in Boulder. Or, maybe you only want the occasional in person touch up on your technique, while mostly having access to a coach for a long term training plan that you’re willing to execute on your own time.

My online clients have actually gotten some of the best results of all the people I’ve worked with. They’re more personally invested in their workouts, so they get more passionate and consistent. The convenience also makes it flexible enough to stick too, even through the busiest seasons at work.

No! But, it depends on your goals. Hard to improve your deadlift without a bar and some weights. But, I make programs for any amount of equipment, in any location. If you’ve got a body and the ground, I can get you strong, mobile, and bouncy.
I would recommend buying yourself a pair of gymnastics rings if you want to train on the go. They are my favorite mobile tool by far, and they can fit in a backpack.

At any level, you’ll get weekly check ins and accountability from me to make sure you’re still on track to crush your goals. But, as my meeting times are more limited, Zoom calls come with a higher price point for now.
