A large collection of goofy skills I find worth sharing/teaching
I was never a successful competitive athlete. From soccer to sprinting to the pole vault, I was never the star in any of these fields. I didn’t find my stride in youth. Excellence in fitness, for me, would come late.
But it did come.
It can be hard to find people who can teach things like acrobatics, graceful gymnastic ring skills, and handstands to a grown adult prone to fear. While strength and cardio performance can increase for nearly a lifetime, it’s not as frequent to see the same in mobility and acrobatics.
If someone can do the splits, walkovers, or back flips, they generally learn in their teenage years or earlier. Which is why I’m so grateful for each skill I learn. From backflips, to one arm chin ups, to handstand push ups and beyond, each of these skills fills me with gratitude.
Gratitude for a resilient body, and the proof that we are all so much more capable than what is typically accepted. Because at 30 and beyond, this is the most capable I’ve ever been, and there’s so much more in the tank. The same can be said for my clients too.
Physical excellence doesn’t come easy for anybody, but especially not grown ass adults with joints, jobs, and maybe even kids to worry about.
And so, it remains my mission to shorten the learning curve, and pave the path to other’s dream bodies with the clearest and most reliable route possible.

Even when you’re swamped with 10-12 hour days and cross country travel, you’ll be building a body that makes you confident.
I use an education based approach, because it’s my belief that we should never stop learning.
“Teach a man to fish…” and all that.
I like to focus on:
Food that you love AND helps you burn fat to build a body you can’t help but look at.
Guidance and a real plan that leaves you feeling confident in your progress, without the hesitation and doubt you’ve felt in other “plans”; which were just cookie cutter recommendations really.
Time saving techniques for maximal results in a hurry.
Guides for what and how to eat when you’re on the road. You’ll never have to worry about hitting your goals while eating out again.
